I liked everything except the rooms; I stayed in room 320, which felt a bit too small and cramped.

The rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing, the location was great, the food was good, and the lobby was very pretty, with a lovely outdoor dining area; however, the noise was very high and the neighboring hotel had loud activity, especially at night, which was quite disturbing; the staff were friendly but lacked warmth, and the elevators were difficult, with long waits and occasional stoppages.

Breakfast was good, but the elevators were too small and overcrowded.

They require you to use a QR code for all hotel information, and I still couldn’t locate the gym or wellness center; most of it was frustrating.
