The breakfast was well served and the pool is large, yet the hotel feels very old and needs a lot of maintenance; my partner and I arrived and there was no double bed in the room, the shower had no hot water at night, and the air‑conditioner was very noisy.

The staff were polite and the location was convenient, but the building feels very old, the air‑conditioning is loud, and water from the room above dripped into my air‑conditioner, making noise all night. The room had a slight musty smell, the shower was mediocre, and there were only a few outlets.

The buffet and the staff—who were almost like geniuses—were great, the pool was beautiful and well‑kept, the food was tasty for the price, and communication with the management via WhatsApp was excellent. However, the reception was not very helpful, the employees seemed like grumpy old public servants, the room was decent, and the building felt like an 80s hotel with no updates.
