The stay at Hotel Mirars was great – the rooms were clean, comfy, and the staff were welcoming. Yilmaz was especially kind and helpful, making everything easy for us. The only downside was the noise and loud music from outside, especially at night, which made sleeping difficult.

We arrived around 2:00 AM, checked into our room, and found it infested with what looked like bed bugs and hair. The toilet’s flush was broken and there was human waste in the bowl. We complained at reception, who said he would talk to the manager about a refund. We then spent about 3 hours trying to find another hotel in the area, but most were fully booked, leaving us stressed in the middle of the night. The next day we repeatedly tried to contact the hotel, even returned in person, but received no proper response or solution. We also discovered other reviews reporting similar bed‑bug issues, raising serious concerns about hygiene and complaint handling. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere.

“Great value and excellent location”

The family suite is affordable and in a great location, which is rare. It’s clean and comfortable, so it’s the best option if you need a place to crash. It was a bit noisy at night, but that didn’t bother us.
