Everything was up to standard – truly impeccable cleanliness, all expected normal amenities such as a private bathroom and toilet, a water kettle, a fridge, a spacious bed, clean and warm blankets, and a smart TV. We have no complaints; trying to find any was an impossible task.

La décoration de la chambre. Tout était très coordonné dans le mobilier et le matériel pour faire chauffer l'eau et boire un thé était top. La literie était très confortable

The staff were quite responsive and helped me find a spot to store my bike, for which I am endlessly grateful. The hotel has small rooms, but they’re large enough for 1–2 people. The Hotel Laguna needs a lot of renovation: the shower in the bathroom, the electrical outlets, the fridge, and the balcony door (which was falling apart). The TV is a tiny, cute one from a while ago, but that’s the last issue. When I step onto the balcony, I get a front‑row view of the neighboring room’s bathroom—this isn’t normal for me. One evening I was charging my phone on the balcony because the other outlet (apart from those for the fridge and TV) didn’t work.
