Despite repeated requests, after four days I still hadn’t received an invoice. Until I get the invoice, I can’t give a good rating!

There was no breakfast, no staff, and no key to the entrance door, so when we returned late at night we couldn’t get into the room. The room door was a paper-thin pine, and everything could be heard from the corridor and dining room. I suggest a solution, as it’s not suitable for a couple.
