The staff were all friendly and the manager organized fantastic trips – the elephant safari, the ancient city tour, and a massage. We also did the on‑site cooking class, which was superbly organized; we cooked and ate a delicious meal. The safari guide was very knowledgeable and friendly, and we saw many elephants at Kaudulla. The hotel food was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Wildscape Polonnaruwa! ❤️ The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, the place was beautiful, and the hospitality was excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious! 😋🍽️ Everything made our stay enjoyable and memorable

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, I could watch a series on Prime, the reception was good on arrival (juice and a cold towel to refresh)…All in all very good. The whole staff were awesome.

I loved the place—peaceful and the room was comfy with solid AC. The restaurant food was tasty and the staff went above and beyond. The only thing that caught my eye was the many monkeys; they were well behaved, but if you’re uneasy around them, just be prepared. Overall, having wildlife right outside was actually a highlight!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An exceptional experience worthy of a 4‑star hotel! The staff were adorable and attentive at every moment: fresh towels, help with luggage, a chilled glass upon arrival… everything was flawless. The restaurant was also amazing, with service worthy of a gastro and delicious cuisine. We asked for healthy dishes, plenty of vegetables and little fat, and we were delighted! 🌿 The breakfast was great with a choice of Western or Sri Lankan options 🥞 The setting was beautiful, calm, and completely out of the ordinary, with many little monkeys around the property. 🐒🌿 A bonus for those seeking atmosphere: we met a French couple who open the Monkey Forest, a lively restaurant‑bar with karaoke, tomorrow nearby. 🎤🍹 A lovely spot to enjoy an animated evening! We only stayed one night, which we regret; we would have loved to stay longer. A huge thank you to the whole team for the wonderful welcome ❤️
