I found the place dirty and safety was a huge issue. The air conditioning was unreliable, the lights didn't work, there was no hot water, and the fan was half broken.

I like everything about the room—so clean, refreshing, and the staff is extremely friendly with service 10/10. The place is peaceful and private, and everything was perfect.
