The reception was friendly, the rooms were comfortable, and the location was perfect—highly recommend! Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is old but located right in the city center.

Every staff member was very friendly and accommodating; a special thanks to Angelique for the warm welcome, and to all the others who were equally helpful and attentive. Our stay in Villers-Cotterets was truly wonderful thanks to them! Best regards.

The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is great. Parking is secure and perfect for motorcycle owners. I’d gladly come back.
