A stunningly restored castle with a 180‑degree view of the region, excellent food quality at the restaurant, and a wonderful welcome from the owner; you can take a lovely walk through the woods starting from the castle – a must-see!

We rode in by bike and there was a dedicated bike storage room; the rooms are nicely designed and the dinner at the restaurant was very good. However, some areas of the renovation are unfinished or not done carefully; a faucet in the bathroom wobbles here and there, and the shower head could use an upgrade.

The housekeeper prepared dinner for us even though we arrived very late, which was a pleasant surprise; the chateau is well located.
