The location was great. The bathroom smelled bad, the floor wasn’t clean, the electrical outlet was hanging off the wall, and the shower had moldy grout. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm. For the price, it was not in good shape.

The location. In a place that calls itself “luxury” and charges accordingly, it’s absolutely unacceptable to forget the coffee capsules in the room. The liquid soap container for hand washing was detached from the wall and unusable, and the room’s soundproofing is far from optimal.
