Location is very good and it is perfect clean

the area is quite off, which was already clear to me when i booked so no surprise! it felt safe and there is the supermarket and the river close. comfortable and everything you need in terms of kitchen and toilet/shower facilities. false information about check out times (on paper everywhere in the room) saying 11, and then at 9.30 an angry knock on the door with the information that its actually 10. please update the signs!

The room was decent with just enough to make a good stay. The woman rents out two rooms in her house; the shared bathroom and kitchen are acceptable but not very clean, though they get the job done. Overall, everything is about average for the price of the room.

We booked this place on our return from vacation because our preferred hotel on Bulevar (in a side street) was sold out. The accommodation offers a good quality‑price ratio, has all the essentials (kitchenette with kettle, fridge, some dishes), a clean bathroom with soap, etc. I’d definitely choose it again. Parking is easy. We blocked the room a day in advance, but during the day and the next day we didn’t arrive until 18:00 and the room wasn’t ready. We went shopping and when we came back at 18:15 it was ready (I still don’t understand why it wasn’t ready when it should have been). The room can’t be ventilated because the window faces the restaurant room, but there is a working air‑conditioner, which is essential. The host who takes care of the rooms and cleaning lives there too – it’s a bit awkward to have her “always behind you.”
