I chose this place because it’s close to the client. The shower is too small—impossible to fit inside. I had to leave the door open, but even that was not easy. The mirror and hanging towel rack are on the wall, the “all” soap dispensers are on the floor, and there’s no hook for the towel from the clogged sink. An insect was found in the sheets. To avoid ruining my day with arguments, I left early and skipped breakfast (already paid with the room). Later I filed a complaint with Booking and asked for compensation for the reasons above. The staff were very polite on the phone, but they decided to issue a €14.88 voucher for future trips. …no comment!
