We stayed only one night, so the review is limited. The location is great for visiting Cagliari. The building is clean and quiet. The entrance is on a narrow, long street that isn’t well lit under a park where at night some unsavory characters roam; be careful. The entry has steep, narrow stairs that are uncomfortable if you have luggage. In the bathroom, turning on the light triggers a very loud fan that can’t be turned off. The Tatami bed is flexible.

We found all the essential things we expected from a room: clean premises, a good bed, and service follow‑up to keep them that way. Maybe a bit more friendliness and human contact would help. Everything was handled via WhatsApp, plans… but I know that’s how life is today. That said, everything was well explained and we found everything we were looking for.

The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Well furnished. A really nice place. The street where it’s located, even though it’s close to the center, is isolated and dark, and doesn’t give a sense of safety.

The location and facilities are great! The narrow stairs going down to the room and the stairs to access the place are a drawback.

Super propre, joli, intimiste, et l’hôte était aux petit soins. Mentions spéciale pour le petit dej à dispo. Étant en centre ville, il y a beaucoup de bruit la nuit le week end, mais Carmen a été super gentille et nous a proposé une autre chambre donnant de l’autre côté
