The staff were friendly, and when the fire alarm started beeping for no reason they moved us to another room right away. Guest service seemed to enjoy their job, unlike other places we've stayed in this area. Nothing negative.

The stay was pricey but acceptable. The person who checked us in on Saturday night told us breakfast began at 6, but on Sunday morning it didn't start until 7 on the weekend, so we had to wait and then find out we had to pay for it separately from our room rate. We stayed on the 5th floor, the top floor, and when we left our room both elevators were out of service, forcing us to walk down five stories. I had a knee replacement a couple of months earlier and the hotel didn't seem to care about the inconvenience; they could have covered our breakfast. I won't return.

It was awesome; my babies really enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pool.

The indoor outdoor pool was relaxing, but Twist restaurant was under renovation.
