The host was great, waited for us and guided us to our room, which helped avoid getting lost; the brand‑new, super modern property is clean and cozy in old town Zadar’s heart, and I’d definitely recommend it or stay again.

Access is easy with codes and no check‑in, the central spot is handy, the shower is good, the bed is comfy, Netflix and air‑con work; the only downsides are a single small window, subpar pillows, church bells that were loud enough to wake us every early morning, and the need to meet for payment instead of a simple debit.
