The place had a great location, but we had to leave the island earlier. A festival rave on the island ruined our first night, so we cancelled the second night and received a 50% refund. I would not have gone again. The staff should have informed us before arrival and again on arrival. We couldn't sleep until the noise stopped at 2am.

A very friendly hostel in a quiet spot. The dorm comes with a fan and the mosquito nets are in good shape. The power outlet isn’t really near the bed and the lock on the locker is not very secure – only one latch, the other missing, and from the front I could poke my hand in. Luckily I was the only guest, so it wasn’t a problem. The bioluminescence tour cost 70 k and was worth it. My snorkeling tour the following weekend was cancelled because I was the only participant and it wasn’t profitable for them. The attached restaurant was good and the prices on the island were 40 k for a fish dish, 12 k for a beer at the bar. Overall, great for relaxation in a dorm but definitely pricey.

The location, food and facilities are good. Receptionist Diana is lovely and the place is generally pleasant. We had a very uncomfortable situation with the owner, who treated us disrespectfully just because we asked a simple question about the possibility of a snorkeling tour at spots we already knew, outside the ones the hotel suggested. After this arrogant and disproportionate behavior it was very hard for us to enjoy the hotel, because customer service largely defines the traveler’s experience. Very bad there.

A beautiful place where you can really unwind. Plenty of different seating areas on the grounds and nice access to the water. Drinks and food were top, and the staff could speak English in parts. There is no air conditioning because it’s an eco hostel, so the rooms get pretty stuffy at night.
