The hotel's location, cleanliness, friendly staff, restaurant, nearby shops, transport links, and especially Union Station which is a 10‑minute walk to Pearson Airport, are all great. The only downside is the lack of television channels for French speakers.

The location is unbeatable, just a few blocks from Kensington Market and Union Station. The room is huge and the bed is super comfortable, with plenty of storage, a desk, a mini living area, and two TVs. The bathroom is also spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary toiletries. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed every day. The facilities are all new and the hotel is very clean. The gym has a sauna and modern equipment. Breakfast offers both buffet and à la carte options, very comprehensive. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. We arrived at 3 am and they handled us wonderfully.

The situation for visiting Toronto in the heart of downtown. The staff do not speak French. They make an effort to help us understand.

Great location, lots of food options nearby. Great vibe/art work/music in the lobby. Friendly staff, nice rooms.
