The whole place smelled awful, the carpet was disgusting, and the bathrooms and rooms were just terrible—how do they stay open? The staff were useless, had terrible customer service, and a horrible attitude from the start.

The hotel was in the city center and easy to get in and out of, the beds were comfy, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly, but there was a stale smell as soon as you entered the room’s hallway, which vanished once you were inside.
