“Good facilities good location unfriendly staff!”

The facilities and location were fine, but aside from two receptionists, the rest of the staff – especially in the breakfast area – were extremely cold and unfriendly, almost trying to avoid any contact. I have never encountered such indifference or lack of basic hospitality skills.

I liked the good spot near the sea and the quiet rooms, and the staff were friendly—though it depended on who was at the reception desk. The breakfast was awful: the coffee was unpalatable, the selection was limited, and there were almost no options for muesli or dried fruit. The gym was poorly equipped and old.
