Nothing good. Everything was bad. The roaches! I booked here, arrived at the hotel, and they gave me a room that had someone in it, then charged me extra because they had no more rooms for the booking.

The price was very good and I liked the rare. The overall atmosphere of the hotel setting was not so great. The A/C, mold in the bathroom, chipped paint in the bathroom, the toilet felt a little uneasy, and I needed sockets for the carpet. The staff were upset.

The staff did everything they could to fix a mistake that may have happened, or from the fact that I modified my stay by reducing the length by one day. I had booked almost a month in advance for a single, non‑smoking room for a mobility‑impaired senior. Because of personal reasons I had to change that reservation from a three‑night stay to a two‑night stay. Instead of simply modifying my reservation it was cancelled and another reservation was opened. When I checked in I discovered the only available room was on the second floor and it was a smoking room! I believe the fault lies in that they did not reduce my original reservation from a three‑night to a two‑night and I would have kept my original preferences; instead I think they cancelled and forwarded a new reservation with no preferences to the property. So I give this rating to both the property and the staff because they did what they could to accommodate me and get me a room on the first floor.
