The signage was really bad and hard to find, and locating the reception was difficult. The room was clean but very plain and uncharismatic. A light bulb was missing in my bathroom.

We arrived at 15:00 and left our luggage because we were supposed to be somewhere at 16:00; when we returned to stay overnight, another person was in our room sleeping. We woke that person who had booked at 16:00. We had to drive to Copenhagen mid‑night and back again in the morning, and we were supposed to stay the next day but decided to go home instead of dealing with more problems. Luckily my boyfriend hadn’t drunk, so he could drive, but we had to drive about 500 km extra and pay for it ourselves. We will get a refund for the missing night.

The reception staff were friendly and organized. The hotel is a bit far from town. The room had nothing at all, no breakfast, no dinner option, and there was a lot of noise around 23–24.

I couldn’t get in – the code/key box didn’t work. Receiving a code for a key box that doesn’t work left me on Saturday night with two tired kids and no way to enter, and there was no staff to help. It was pretty annoying.
