The location is excellent for exploring Palermo. The room is spacious, very clean, with the bed made and towels changed daily. The small balcony is pleasant and offers an unobstructed view of Mont Pellegrino. Breakfast is included, and the reception provides helpful advice. The street is somewhat noisy, though double glazing helps; the private bathroom is separated from the bedroom by a corridor, which didn’t bother us but is worth noting.

The owner was very helpful and friendly, the accommodation was clean, tidied daily, with fresh towels each day. Breakfast was perfect: pastries, fruit, yoghurts, cured meats, cheeses, drinks.

The location, cleanliness, and staff are good. There was no egg and no fresh sausage at breakfast.
