The hotel is incredibly clean, the staff are pleasantly friendly and always smiling, nothing seems impossible! Breakfast was excellent and varied. The hotel is highly recommended: one side offers a stunning lagoon view, the other the sea and beach, plus the city park—perfect in a word.

We stayed here for the third time at Riva Palace. The staff at breakfast were very attentive, everything was refilled promptly and, as always, excellent. The rooms are very large and modern for Italy. The wellness area is great. We were a bit disappointed with the bar service this time. We usually enjoy evenings at the hotel, but this time the attention was lacking. We also found the rooftop jacuzzis not as clean as in previous years.
