The location is good if you want to go hiking. People were smoking inside the bar and it smelled awful.

“Una estancia pobre en Mavrovo”

The only thing that works for me is the location – it’s close to all the tourist spots in Mavrovo and there are restaurants nearby. This place really falls short of being a four‑star hotel; it’s too many. The bathroom flooded when I showered. The breakfast buffet was ridiculously sparse. The bartenders ignored us; we waited over half an hour on their outdoor terrace for a badly made hot chocolate, by the way.

I’ve stayed here four times now, so it’s clear the hotel meets my expectations. The breakfasts are modest, but the restaurant dishes more than make up for it. The location is spot‑on. The rooms are slowly starting to need a facelift, but it’s not a deal‑breaker. The staff are friendly. We spent a few days here with friends, exploring the beautiful surroundings. Maybe a little touch‑up for the rooms would help.

Nice hotel, staff are friendly, and the spa is great. Dinner and breakfast were both very good. The room is a bit small and the bathroom is tiny. We booked a triple room but were only two, so we wondered how three adults with luggage would fit in there.

“Just Ok”

The staff was very professional and friendly and the breakfast was good. We always choose this hotel everytime we are in Mavrovo. The toilet didn't work. The last time when you reserve for the spa was included with the price. No problem we paid extra 20 euro and that was fine, the bad thing thing is you need to share with other people
