The location was good, breakfast was included but the selection was limited and there were no lactose‑free options. The cleanliness was really poor: huge spider webs on every ceiling—okay, it was Halloween, but I didn’t want a horror experience. The floor was dirty; as soon as I stepped on it, I picked up other guests’ hair and dust. The blankets in the wardrobe were stained with something I don’t want to know. The bathroom was so cramped that I could barely sit with my knees between the toilet and the bidet, which was literally in front of and almost under the sink.

The staff were very friendly, but the toilet lid was broken and the doors had sticky residue, and there was a huge construction site right next door.

Everything was perfect and the location was great. The only downside was that the breakfast staff were not present in sufficient numbers to handle the crowd in the dining area.

The place was very close to the station and the city center. The services were terrible: I had written to the hotel well before booking to ask if they had lactose‑free breakfast, and they said yes. The next morning, nothing was available except gluten‑free items; I asked reception and they said they would buy more. The following day, I found a sign that said “lactose‑free” instead of “gluten‑free,” but the items were exactly the same as the day before. I went back to reception to point out the mistake, they apologized, and at the last breakfast before I left they finally fixed it. I also asked that the fridge in the room be repaired; they kept saying “yes, we’ll change it,” but it was never done.

“great locaition friendly staff”

The location was great and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and nice. They let us leave our bags in a storage room in the morning so we could enjoy our day at Gardaland.
