The hotel’s location is really great, and the restaurant quality is high, though its time management could use some tweaking; the staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms are somewhat cramped, and the hot water in the morning only lasted long enough for one person to shower.

The location is great, and the staff were very friendly, but the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and maybe new or repaired furniture; otherwise, the great location makes it worth recommending.

The spot is excellent with a view of the Edersee, and the staff were very friendly, yet the photos promised more than what was actually there, we never saw the advertised fireplace room and no one mentioned it on site, and the equipment feels quite worn in places.
