The location is excellent and the staff are nice. The pool was frozen.

The location is fine. The room was outdated, not clean, and not maintained. Breakfast was below average. They charge for the pool beach, although we received a waiver because we complained.

The staff were really nice, but the gym access was odd; I entered in the morning through one door and left the same way, only to walk into a conference room.
