The room was huge and fully equipped, including a dehumidifier‑air‑conditioner, large closets, and a spacious hallway bathroom (we had room 1) with a big shower, bidet, and WC all in excellent condition. The apartment’s location is strategic for walking to the city centre or heading to the beach, and free parking is easy to find.

The owner was extremely accommodating and met several of my requests. The apartment feels newly renovated and fully equipped, with a large, comfortable bathroom. However, the building feels a bit low‑grade; the elevator is small, and the stairwell and hallways show little upkeep. The balcony of the room wasn’t spotless, and neither was the shared bathroom, though that’s not the owner’s responsibility.

The location is great for getting to the city centre, and the place is very clean and comfortable.
