The location is great and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is tricky because the hotel is in a very central area, but there is a “red zone” (blue zone, €1 per hour) less than 10 minutes on foot with plenty of parking. The bathroom had a slight drain smell, and we missed having some tea or infusion (there is a small table with coffee, no kitchen).

The place was clean, well‑located, and the staff communicated clearly with precise instructions. The price‑quality ratio is good; we booked months in advance, so the rate was fair and the season was mild. The apartment had air conditioning in the common areas and all three bedrooms. The location was convenient for exploring the area; it wasn’t far away. They offered complimentary coffee capsules and a fridge. I recommend it! It was confusing when we tried to get there with Google Maps; sometimes the GPS didn’t suggest the correct route and made us loop around twice when we could have stopped nearby, unloaded our luggage, and moved the car in the area. Although the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, a private lot is a few blocks away, but you have to check that it isn’t full, which can be critical. We suggest that many first‑time visitors to Toledo add some instructions for those arriving by car so people don’t have to walk with luggage; there’s a temporary area to unload luggage before heading to the parking. A second point that could improve is that because Toledo is an old city, the drains have a return smell, and the room bathroom has that odor; it could be mitigated with periodic maintenance of the drain.

The location was fine, but the walls were dirty, the inner courtyard was unclean, and there was no space outside the rooms.

The location was okay, but the doors and windows were not watertight, the courtyard was dirty, and the electrical system had outlets and switches that tripped, leaving the apartment without light; we had to solve it at night in the dark on two occasions.

El alojamiento está bien, pero para mí la calidad precio es excesiva. Me costó más de 500 €, estuvimos una noche solo y no fueron ni 12 horas porque hay que hacer el checking a partir de las 15 00 e irse antes de las 11.00. Para un precio tan de lujo , no vi lujo. No hay cocina, mini nevera, microondas y cubertería y y vajilla de plástico. Un poco de olor a tuberías. No está mal pero el precio me parece a mí que se columpian un poco. El alojamiento está bien, pero para mí la calidad precio es excesiva.
