The reservation was cancelled and I found a better option directly. I didn’t like it because the entrance was dark, the owners were unfriendly, and the room was very cold. For all that we cancelled and chose another place.

The manager tried to charge Chileans extra, no kitchen, and breakfast was never there even though it was promised. They said breakfast would start at 10, but we were out at 7 after our tours. Not a good experience – watch out.

The room had good thermal insulation, but there was no minibar, no shampoo holder, no hooks for clothes, and no bath mat. Basically, the basics were missing.
