The room was tidy and the bed comfy, but our jacuzzi leaked at the bottom so we couldn't use it. I recorded a video and showed it to a staff member, but the lady there didn’t speak English; she answered questions only in Italian and even handed us the room instructions in Italian. There are no receptionists on duty, so you have to call them if you need anything.
