“Great time at Ayira Maldives”

I was blown away by the breakfast—so delicious—and the place was spotless. The staff and owner really cared about our needs; he explained everything about Feridhoo. One night, during a heavy downpour, we were stuck in the restaurant and the owner texted us on WhatsApp asking where we were. I thought it was just a quick question, but he actually picked us up from the restaurant—such a thoughtful gesture. We stayed for 7 days and it was a wonderful place.

“Warm peaceful stay”

The location is a quiet spot between two beaches—one for snorkeling, the other for swimming and sunbathing. The bikini beach has sunbeds and umbrellas that belong to the hotel, so you can relax there all day. The rooms are comfortable, with a little balcony outside to dry clothes, comfy beds, good AC, and a mini fridge, tea, coffee, water, etc. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels are provided. Breakfasts were tasty with fruit and homemade sweet cakes, both local and continental, and dinner was huge with grilled fish. Thanks to the wonderful hosts, Amjad and his family, who make your stay feel like home; you can always ask Amjad for help, and he’s always ready. He gave my mom fins and even went snorkeling with us several times to show us the best corals and safe spots. I really appreciate all the help and wish the best for this beautiful island and Ayira ❤. The only downside is that local shops are often closed, so if you want fruit for lunch or dinner you should bring it from Male.

The location of the property makes it convenient for both beaches on the island. The impeccable cleanliness and the typical or continental breakfast, plus the option to have dinner, are definitely a plus. Host Amjad organizes excursions and takes care of the guests’ requests. Excellent option, everything is clean, neat, and the Maldivian breakfast is tasty, with a caring manager. The beach is a 10‑minute walk away and has its own loungers. Thanks to Amjad and his family for a wonderful stay!

“Big recommendation”

We had a beautiful time at Ayira and extended our stay. The whole island of Feridhoo was so calming and peaceful. Most of the time we had the whole bikini beach for ourselves. Ayira provides sunbeds and umbrellas, which is quite comfortable. If beautiful beaches, calm surroundings and pure relaxation is what you are looking for, you are in the right place. And as Feridhoo is also an island with many local ferrys taking off, it’s perfect to reach many other islands for very little money if you want to explore other places as well. Although we travelled here in late September, we only experienced about 3 minutes of rain within 4 days. Ayira is a family business with everyone being really nice and helpful. They organised the transport from the airport to the island, we got picked up at the harbour with a golf cart and shown around the island. They were always interested in giving us a good and safe time, providing snorkeling gear and informing us about currents etc. The breakfast was really tasteful and enough to take the leftovers to the beach and have a snack or even lunch there. The room was amazingly clean, with perfect‑working AC and wifi and comfy interior. We can nothing but recommend this place for short or long‑term stays.
