I enjoyed the afternoon cookies and chowder, plus the wide selection of hot drinks available all day; the location in old town Seaside was great, right on a pretty waterway beside our balcony. The room was very comfortable with a good bed, linens, Wi‑Fi, and a nice coffee service, and the staff were welcoming, jovial, and clearly pleased to have us.

The location was excellent, but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling; they promised someone would clean it but never did.

The hotel feels very welcoming, the breakfast was good, drinks and hot beverages were available all day, and a complimentary salmon chowder soup was served in the evening; there’s an elevator to help with luggage if you’re staying on the second floor or higher. Nothing else bothered me.
