The room was tiny, with only a few power outlets, and the bathroom had poor ventilation, causing hot water steam to cling to the walls and wet the floor and walls of both the room and the bathroom. The bedroom door was warped, making it hard to close and lock. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Breakfast offered very limited options.

The location worked well for the event at Parque Serra dos Órgãos, but I had to pay street parking in front of the lodge, the ceiling on the third floor was low, the TV had no remote, and the Wi‑Fi was very bad.

The location was good, but we stayed in the family room on the third floor, which might need to be turned off; the window was broken, the double bed had no mattress—just a fabric sheet over wood—and there were exposed nails near the headboard, posing a risk of injury. Breakfast had artificial juice and was very simple. Perhaps this was only the last‑floor room, so it would be better to deactivate it.

Ótima localização, oferece algumas vagas de estacionamento na calçada, funcionários cordiais. Café da manhã simples mas atendeu a necessidade. A cama do quarto q fiquei parecia até q não tinha colchão, muito desconfortável. Poderiam melhorar a limpeza das cortinas e banheiro
