The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a bit chaotic and hard to navigate, even though there was a wide selection; the quality was only average.

What I liked most was the staff and the location. The hotel sits in the Laguna area and offers a shuttle boat that takes you to other hotels and the beach. I’m celiac, and for breakfast they made pancakes that didn’t quite satisfy me; once I mentioned it, the chef went all out to find an alternative. He tried another recipe and served it the next day, and it turned out fantastic. I didn’t like the hotel’s décor at all; I had expected a style similar to the Bayan Tree group, but it was nothing like the photos. There was no air conditioning in the corridors or the elevator, so it was unbearably hot. For moving luggage they give you a cart to carry it yourself, unlike other Thai hotels that offer assistance. Cleaning was done every two days.

This hotel surpassed our expectations in every way from start to finish. The pool areas were beautiful and well maintained, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was great, felt safe, and we enjoyed the boat across the lagoon to the beach. The staff were exceptional and made us feel well looked after. I cannot fault this hotel.
