Very friendly staff, great location with easy airport access and excellent public transport connections, and a spacious room with a view of the National Museum made for great value for money, though paying cash on-site was a little inconvenient, but not a big deal.

The staff were incredibly friendly, behaved wonderfully, explained everything clearly, gave us great travel tips, and even welcomed us knowing it was a surprise trip. The location is ideal, close to the airport with bus 100e, metro, tram, and other buses nearby. The bed was comfortable, and they left us coffee capsules as a nice touch. They offered a luggage service after checkout. The bathrooms were a bit old-fashioned but functional, and the TV was very small.

The room looked nice and the staff were friendly, but the hotel sits on the second floor and the access to the reception is quite scary—really ugly, like a slum in Brazil. I was very frightened. The shower drain was completely clogged 100% of the time; I reported it once a day. There was also no promised daily room cleaning, nor replenishment of coffee, tea, and towels as agreed.
