The place is great, just a 5‑minute walk from San Marco Square. It’s very clean and cozy, with a good bed and tidy linens. The room also has a kettle, TV, and fridge. The shower room is warm and the hot water comes on quickly. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom door was heavy and required effort to open. The room could use a few more dining items—plates, forks, knives—to cut fruit.

The spot is fantastic—everything’s super close, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfy, and the room is very spacious. We didn’t meet the staff in person, but the WhatsApp chat was smooth, and it was great because we arrived early that first night. The furniture and kitchenware could use a refresh, and the check‑in time of 10 am is too early.

Very central and fairly quiet. We reported a problem in the shared bathroom where the shower drain wouldn’t work. Despite sending messages to the owner(s), we never got a reply. I would have liked to meet them in person to tell them about it, especially since the area is central and convenient for moving around.
