The location was good and the place was clean, and although I didn't use all the facilities, the swimming pool was great for family and kids. I booked a family room but was still charged extra for my kids, even though they had an extra bed – a 2+1 bed setup. I'm not sure why it's called a family room. When it was time to check out, there was no one to help; the reception told me I was alone and that I had to take my luggage down myself.
