“Adequate for price but could have been much better.”

The price and location were good. On the 6th floor there was a musty smell that almost took your breath away as you stepped off the elevator. In room 604 I immediately noticed a chunk missing from the carpet when I opened the door. The breakfast food tasted unappetizing, especially the sausage and eggs. On the fifth floor, where I went for ice, the smell of cannabis smoke was unappealing. The breakfast seating area across from the front desk, with its tables and chairs, was poorly lit, as if the lights had no bulbs or were not turned on.

The reception was bad, the rooms were bad, and the beds were bad. Everything was awful.

“Terrible customer service. Don’t book what you don’t have.”

They booked my room and then canceled it 15 minutes later, after I had already canceled my reservation at another hotel. I never got to see it.

The room was big, but there was no hot water. Breakfast lacked knives, Splenda, and tea. When I called about the hot water problem I was told to wait. It was a very upsetting situation with no resolution or empathy; the stay should have been free.
