Basic accommodation but at a reasonable price. Rooms had been recently updated so they're very clean and modern. Location was OK, in an out‑of‑town retail area with some good dining options nearby. We used the bus service to get to Ottawa; it worked well but it gets very busy. Corridors aren’t as clean as the rooms (stained carpets). The breakfast room is really too small for the number of guests, though there are enough options at least. Needs secure WiFi.

Excellent value for money, very clean and the rooms are a good size.

Overall, the stay was quite good. However, the neighbors’ doors opened and closed frequently, causing some disturbance.

The complimentary American‑style breakfast was fine, with nothing to complain about. At night or early in the morning, the noise cancellation wasn’t perfect and the place could get a bit noisy. Also, there was no elevator in the building.
