“Gran bell’hotel per scoprire Liverpool”

The location was perfect for visiting Liverpool in a day; the hotel sits a stone’s throw from the Liverpool One bus station, from which airport buses depart, and is also close to Albert Dock. After booking, I politely asked for a room with a view and was granted it, which I really appreciated. The room was spacious, warm, and the dining area was nice. The staff were attentive and offered luggage storage. Everything was perfect, including the price—€70 for a Sunday night is a great value. The only note: single beds are a bit short and the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable, but that’s subjective.

The location was ideal between the harbor, the docks, and the city centre with plenty of activities nearby. The bathroom was nice, with plenty of towels, tidy cleaning, and fresh water each day, plus coffee, tea, and biscuits. The breakfast buffet was large and had many options. The lady at check‑out was very friendly. The bed wasn’t very good and the duvet was extremely heavy, so it was lucky that it wasn’t summer. All the pillows were very thick and hard. The room was large and bright but badly arranged and had no proper wardrobe. We ate twice in the restaurant because our legs were tired and it was raining. We didn’t feel especially welcomed, and the female waiter seemed to think we were a nuisance. The smell from the air‑conditioner in the lobby was very strong.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable, right in a perfect spot, and it offered good value for the money.

The hotel was lovely, clean, and modern, very close to the centre. The staff were very pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent. I definitely recommend it.
