I scored 8.0/10 because the property is lovely, the bed was comfortable even though it was a sofa bed, and we had everything we needed. The shared bathroom and the rest of the property were clean, and there was a nice lounge and kitchen area, though we didn’t use them. However, I feel it is overpriced given the shared bathroom and sofa bed; we had to wait to use the bathroom multiple times, which is expected but still makes it feel overpriced, though I understand this might be due to the New York location.

The quietness of the neighborhood and the establishment was a plus. The bed was a bit short (1m80).

Great location, close to the metro and many attractions, the shared areas were well equipped and kept clean, and the mattress in the room was very comfortable! The towels could have been larger, and you can hear other occupants, so if someone is a light sleeper this might be a drawback; I use earplugs daily, so it wasn’t a problem for me.

The location, the building, and the rooftop terrace were great, but the value for money left something to be desired.

The spot was fantastic in a beautiful neighborhood, rooms were comfortable with air conditioning, and the common areas were perfect; the kitchen was great and the bathrooms were fine. The room’s cleanliness was good but not outstanding.
