I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and each time I'm impressed by the improvements they've made. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh linens and towels. The hotel is quiet and pleasant, making it a great place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just an hour's metro ride from Istanbul and 30 minutes from the airport. However, I was disappointed with the lack of breakfast options and the old bathroom in my room. Additionally, I found it challenging to communicate with the staff as only one team member spoke English.

“Bad staff in not recomended hotel”

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the plus side, the location was great, with plenty of services nearby, including mini markets, restaurants, and coffee shops. However, the hotel staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was subpar. To make matters worse, the toilet was dirty and flooded, and I felt like the staff were trying to cheat me when exchanging dollars to Turkish lira.

“Ne correspondait pas à nos attentes”

The staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. Nevertheless, I felt that the room amenities needed an upgrade, particularly having a remote control for the air conditioning would have been a nice touch. We had also requested an extra bed for our daughter, which unfortunately, we never received.
