Night staff were 100 % better than the day staff—much friendlier, more cooperative, and pleasant—and that’s why I loved my stay. The day shift just wasn’t the same. The room lacked a dresser, and breakfast wasn’t very good.

The location was perfect, but when we checked in the reception told us the elevator was broken. I asked if there was any way to stay on the first floor because I had my 2‑year‑and‑5‑month‑old grandchildren with me and couldn’t walk up the stairs due to knees and back pain. She explained there were no available rooms, so she moved us to the second floor—okay, I guess, since we arrived around 12 am. We had to carry our grandchildren up two flights of stairs, plus our luggage, which killed my knees and back. I was in pain for the two days we stayed because we had to do this daily. When checking out, no compensation or apology was offered. I was very disappointed with the experience.

Late check‑in ran smoothly and was very friendly. The rooms were exactly as requested, right next to each other, and the baby bed was no problem. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was truly varied. I’d definitely come back anytime.
