“Place to sleep!”

It’s close to downtown. The hot tub wasn’t hot, just low warm. The AC wasn’t that good. Breakfast was very limited.

“Great stay and breakfast, nice staff. The room could update the lighting, instead using the lamps.”

Very nice, great location to see attractions. It would help to install some more wall hangers in the room or bathroom.

“Our stay was excellent especially enjoyed the breakfast.”

Breakfast was excellent, but the hot tub was too hot and the swimming pool too cold, as others have mentioned. Otherwise, no complaints and we had a great stay, though the heat in the hot tub should be lowered a bit and the pool heat increased significantly.

“Bello e confortevole, ma il periodo di Sturgis si fa sentire sul prezzo”

Molto confortevole, ma caro nel nostro periodo. Abbiamo soggiornato al Comfort Inn & Suites di Custer e, in generale, ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’hotel è bello e curato, le camere piacevoli e confortevoli, e soprattutto abbiamo dormito molto bene in un ambiente tranquillo. Come servizi e impostazione generale è comunque abbastanza in linea con quello che ci si aspetta da questa tipologia di hotel americani: funzionale, comodo e senza particolari sorprese. Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno dal punto di vista del comfort, ma con un rapporto qualità/prezzo penalizzato dalle tariffe del periodo. L’unico vero aspetto negativo è stato il prezzo, decisamente elevato rispetto al tipo di struttura. Probabilmente ha inciso molto il periodo del nostro soggiorno, coinciso con la settimana del grande raduno motociclistico di Sturgis: l’hotel era infatti praticamente pieno e tutta la zona aveva una richiesta molto alta.
