Breakfast was decent. The room was barely clean, the bidet was dirty, the fridge was filthy, the curtains were visibly soiled, there was no soap in the bathroom, and the air‑conditioner didn’t work. When I pointed it out, the staff were rude.

The room was spacious, the double bed was comfortable, and the staff were polite. The whole hotel feels poorly maintained, with things that need to be removed, like the plush toys in every corner of the tiny reception, the decorative pillows in the rooms that aren’t very clean, the old support covers, and the uncomfortable mattresses on the single beds.

The reception was very friendly and the breakfast was a small Italian spread. The shower cabin was broken, the cleaning was bad, behind the toilet there was the previous guest’s hair jewelry, the toothpaste glass was full of toothpaste, the glass wall by the bed was splattered and stained. There were several tiny bugs in the room and the breakfast area had many dirty tables.

The parking was spacious and the free Wi‑Fi had good coverage. However, the reservation went missing: I had booked a triple room (free upgrade offered by Booking) but was crammed into a tiny double in an emergency. In the evening the building hosted a party of young people with loud music and shouting until late night, and other guests had to shout at them to keep it down because kids were in the rooms. The breakfast selection was limited.

The garden and restaurant were nice. The welcome was a bit lacking: we left at 7:30 am but the reception was closed, and the listed mobile number didn't answer even after several knocks. If a nighttime emergency had occurred, we’re not sure what we’d do. Breakfast was included in the price but we never used it, and no discount was offered even though we were told we could have it at 7:30 am, yet everything was closed. One of the two rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and the location was inconveniently in the middle of the craft area.
