Close to Newtons Circus food court, nice room, hotel restaurant was lovely. The room had a strong musty smell due wooden furniture in the tropics

The location is convenient. The shower room could be made safer – less slippery.

The reception, cleaning staff, and everyone were smiling and provided wonderful service! When I asked for extra towels, they were set up the next day! I’m grateful for the excellent service. When I washed my hands, there was no towel. I wish there were more spare toilet paper.
