The location was fine, but after six days there was no cleaning and the sheets never changed; the cleanliness was disappointing, so I’ll never go back.

The staff didn’t accommodate me, the towels smelled oddly good, and overall it needs more improvement; the staff were the main issue.

The place sits right next to the metro and shops, and the rooms were tidy with comfy beds and all the usual gear, but when I checked in the front desk kept my ID, which I think is illegal.
