Tremo Bellavista

The location is good. There is no elevator.

“placentera”

The warmth and friendliness of most staff and the location are positives. I was disappointed that the breakfast lacked a lactose‑intolerant option; I later learned I should have notified in advance, but I was already leaving, so I see it as a communication lapse. I also did not like that there were no eggs for breakfast.

“Estadía fugaz cómoda.”

The location is good, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is very varied and delicious. The bathroom in the room had a leak from the ceiling, producing a greenish liquid that smelled very bad.

“Viajero solitario”

As a solo traveler I found it wonderful, safe, and comfortable. The service quality matches the price. If you’re only staying to sleep and explore the city, it’s just right. What could improve are the shower and toilet facilities, which are a bit uncomfortable but manageable.

“Regular. Puede mejorar.”

I liked the style, the price and the fact that it’s close to attractions. The jacuzzi is big and has a nice view next to it. I’d come back if they fix the massage pressure and make sure the water flows properly. The water pressure in the jacuzzi and shower is mostly cold or barely warm, the massage jets barely work, and the hair dryer is almost useless. There’s no wardrobe or shelf, and overall the cleaning could be better. I’d also appreciate better staff attentiveness and a functioning in‑room intercom instead of having to rely on WhatsApp.
