The hotel looks nice and the pool is very pleasant. On the day we stayed, they cut the power, so we had no fan or air conditioning; they seemed to assume everyone was on a tour, but some of us wanted to relax by the pool, couldn’t play music, and couldn’t charge our phones. We were sweltering and nobody offered a solution.

La reserva para 10 personas se dio sin contratiempos. La acomodación multiple estuvo muy bien en cabañas para 5 personas. El ambiente del hotel es muy agradable. Podrían extender un poco el tiempo para tomar el desayuno, esta disponible de 8 a 9

The staff were very friendly, especially Mr. Diego, who was a delight. The place is beautiful, surrounded by nature and little animals, and is an excellent spot to disconnect. 😍

The facilities were comfortable and attractive, and the staff were super kind. However, there isn’t enough staff, so the pool and bar sometimes lack service, and many times there was no inventory of basic items like wine.
